What kind of businesses is Flow Core built for?
Owner-operators with 3–20 staff in service businesses — clinics, NDIS providers, halal food wholesalers, trades, multi-location healthcare. If you book customers, follow up on leads, and send invoices, Flow Core fits.
Is this just another SaaS platform with a service tier on top?
Flow Core runs on enterprise-grade CRM and automation infrastructure under the hood — but the model is fundamentally different from a SaaS subscription. You'll never log in to a builder, never configure an automation, never debug an integration. We do all of that. You operate the business; we operate the system. If you'd rather learn the tool and run it yourself, look at Pancake Pixel, HubSpot, or one of the AU SaaS platforms — Flow Core won't be the right fit.
How does this compare to hiring a marketing coordinator?
A coordinator costs $80,000+/year in salary, plus super, plus the tools they need to do the work, plus the time you spend managing them. Flow Core is $397–$897/month all-in. You get setup, ongoing maintenance, monthly tuning, and small fixes within your service hours — without the headcount overhead. Think of us as an outsourced customer-operations team you rent by the month. New builds (entirely new funnels, websites, complex automations) are quoted separately so you only pay for the work you actually want.
What if I want to just use the platform myself?
Flow Core isn't for you, and that's fine. We're a managed service — the value is in having a team that handles the configuration so you don't have to learn another tool. If self-service is what you want, look at Pancake Pixel or one of the other Australian SaaS options. We can introduce you if it'd help.
Do I need to replace my existing tools?
Yes — that's the point. Flow Core replaces your CRM, booking calendar, email marketing tool, SMS tool, review system, and follow-up automation. Most clients cancel 3–6 other subscriptions when they move to Flow Core, which usually offsets the monthly fee on its own.
What does setup actually involve?
You spend about 4 hours total over 2–4 weeks (one kickoff, one mid-build check-in, one go-live training). We handle the configuration, integrations, and import of your existing data. You walk into a system that already knows how your business runs.
Is it suitable for non-tech-savvy owners?
Built for it. The whole point of Flow Core is that owner-operators shouldn't need to be technical to run a modern business. The setup is done for you, the day-to-day is simple, and Australian-based support handles anything weird.
What if I outgrow Flow Core?
Most clients don't — Flow Core scales with you for a long time. If you hit complexity that needs custom systems work (integration with niche industry software, multi-location consolidation, full operations audit), we'll introduce you to MR Labs, our consulting parent. Cleanest upgrade path in the market.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in. Start with a 14-day free trial, then pay monthly. Cancel any time — no notice period, no exit fee. Setup fees are non-refundable once the build has begun, but the monthly commitment is open-ended.
Where is my data stored?
On enterprise-grade CRM infrastructure (US-based, SOC 2 compliant) with Australian Privacy Act-aligned data handling. You own your data — full export available anytime, no questions asked.
